Who's the best ever natural bodybuilder?

Agreed. I guess all I'm saying is that even if you could say who was the best truly natural bodybuilder, it'd be the same as saying who has the most freaky bodybuilding genetics. I'd like to see one of those guys with the myostatin defect take the gym seriously - now that would be the...

Who's the best ever natural bodybuilder?

That's not what I'm saying. Firstly, I'm talking about COMPLETELY natural competitions (I highly doubt that any elite level competition is truly natural - just take cycling and football as recent examples - at an elite level, it seems all people do what they need to to compete. That is a...

Who's the best ever natural bodybuilder?

It is an interesting topic. But as has already been mentioned, the definition of natural is questionable. So the thread is more like "Who's the best bodybuilder who hasn't abused PEDs?" The thing with finding the best TRULY natural bodybuilder IMO is it just comes down to who has the best...

    Winners Announced for 2012

Wow, so apparently no one stuck to the rules of using the same lighting. Let’s have a look at this shall we: 1st place – Gained 3kgs in 1 year (bear in mind this is for a NEW trainer). No change in bodyfat. After photos have MUCH better lighting, better posing, and are visibly zoomed in...

3 new products and more on our 'Purity Guranteed' labels

I've just noticed thsi contains 300mg of zinc sulphate per 12g serve. This seems very excessive, seeing as the typical zinc supplement is only 30mg. Any rationale behind this?? Also, with this high a dose of zinc, the product should include some copper.

Natural BBing comps - Perth 2014

Hey peeps, I'm seriously considering competing in 2014. I would want to get to at least 85kgs LBM for a comp and hopefully be able to come into a comp at around 90kgs or just under (i.e. ~5%) Anyone have any suggestions on which comp / fed would be good for a first timer?

    1 month cut.

Mate, you've got some decent lats on you. Back double bis will look pretty decent once you shred up. I'm looking to get diced next summer, fuck doing it at this time of year (i.e. if you are doing it for summer, I aim to be lean by early december - if you start in january, you end up getting...

I'd be interested in giving the test supplement a go. Similar to Big Mick, I didn't mind the previous combinations of supps, but it was far too laborious taking it all twice a day.

Haha, I wanted my pics to be identical. Exact same pose, same lighting and even same shorts haha. It's very hard to tell the difference if the lighting is different, or even if you flex differently
