    Hit 655kg the other week 260 squat with wraps 145 bench raw 250 dead Reckon I was good for a 270 squat had I not been so conservative with first two attempts, bench always sucks and deadlift I was hoping for 270 but just wasn't there on the day. 120kg bodyweight, and El Freako is complaining...

    Yes and don't mind, if you compete in powerlifting / bodybuilding you're going to have an audience of hundreds potentially so might as well get used to it!

    On occasion, 80% of the time the person is really grateful. I always tell them to say the same thing to me and I've had some really useful advice on a few lifts.

    Spotters misloaded my squat, was meant to be 230 they put on 245, always watch what they are doing! Didn't get the lift, would have been awesome if I had though...

    home gym users - how often do you do it?

    If the wife is out of action and the kids are at home it's my only choice. Luckily I'm hard wired not to miss training sessions so it's a non issue regardless of environment.
