    I log everything on the JEFIT app, it calculates your 1rm for you after every workout. Get a special badge or something every time it increases.

    From memory you try same weight the week after and if you fail drop back 10% and go again. Not that I followed this advice. I just took a deload week and will try same weight I stalled at last week. If I keep stalling I'll go onto 5/3/1 or something. Mind you I'm trying to drop fat so I guess...

    Guess you do it till you can't anymore then move onto something else. I used starting strength first, then when I couldn't keep adding weight every session I went onto this adding 2.5 - 5kg each week. I'm starting to stall now so maybe time to move onto something else.

    Wanted: 2X 20kg Weight Plates (Rubber Coated)

    Found these guys only down the road. http://gymgarage.com.au/product/tri-grip-olympic-weight-plates/ 20kg rubber plate $54 each. Can easily pick them up as well. Our work used Lifefitness to fit out the gym and I got a quote from them and it was $305 total.

    My work gym has a total of 177.5kg in plates and I'm close to deadlifting the lot and want to progress further. I can either join a gym or pay for some more weight, work won't pay unfortunately so looking at adding 2 extra 20kg plates. Cheapest I have found is $70 per plate.

    I showed this video to my wife who is also a Type1 Diabetic and smashed all myths she had about lifting heavy weights and getting huge. Whilst Jessica looks solid, she by no means is a big girl and is actually very easy on the eye ;)
