    Squat 5 times a week

    That is a pretty good ratio of squatting. I spoke to a british chap who went to Delhi for the 2010 games and he was doing 2 front squat sessions, 2 back squats. Nice bloke.

    Do you mean 'do I do 150kg snatch pulls? I have pulls every now and again. Tho my program is built on a 4 day schedule and i only get in 1-2 days....I miss a lot of work.

    There's a noticeable difference between a crossfit clean and traditional clean (or snatch. The Xfit lifts look so awkward and messy.
