    Jobs in S&C?

I did the ASCA level 1 course. It's quite ok. I was fortunate enough to spend some time with AFL Tasmania and the my weightlifting club to get my practical hours listed as experience. I don't know what work is like for those on the mainland. Being a PT / Coach is a bit tricky...and you need...

    Who's having 2 meals a day?

I thought it was mostly an issue of how much and what is eaten. Fat obviously takes longer to turn into glucose than direct sources of carbohydrates. .

Why are you not getting stronger?

I keep having to miss workouts due to work commitments. This week for example I am unablet to attend any regular gym sessions at the club, which means I need to go to a regular gym and do general stuff, squats, presses, deadlifts, snatch/clean pulls....

    Who's having 2 meals a day?

That may not be necessarily so. Remember that cause and effect operates like a web...not single chains to an object. From an evolutionary point of view I understand the basic reasoning about itermitent fasting. Humans have came along way over the last 250,000 years. I'm eating between 6-8...

    Proper use of squat Rack

It's annoying which is why I don't do much cleaning at that gym...well any decent load. I do tend to agree tho, you should be able to press what you can clean....it does matter tho lowering the weight.

    Proper use of squat Rack

[/COLOR] How much are you cleaning? I guess that is irrelevant...All I mean is that the difference between putting down carefully a load 90%+ of your max is obviously more difficult than 50-60%. When commy gyms don't have bumpers or flooring not suitable to have loads dropped...its quite...

    Louie on the Conjugate system

Everything I have to say - has been said. There is not much point in retellijg the same concepts. The number of exercises were kept to a slim number. Nothing like 'behind the neck jerks'...since in a competition you've got to jerk the weight off your front shoulders. The interesting tthing is...

    Louie on the Conjugate system

last year I had lunch with an ex bulgarian weightlifting coach. We spoke a bit about the 'bulgarian training method'. It is on par with how Oni explained, varies in terms with reps, sets and intensity. So they do max out a lot...but it isn't always in the 90% + zone. Work was typically done...
