    you can do shredded chicken too. i do a couple of chicken breasts and some bbq sauce and you have pulled chicken. it can be a bit dry in texture though because of the lack of fat but its great to throw on pizzas or have in tortillas

    this. the calorie density of some foods was a surprise. i found a lot of takeaway i was eating was at least 1000 cals more likely up around 1500 per meal

    at first mine just covered calories, weight, waist and alcohol then i just started adding little extra things. eventually you dont even notice your doing some of them

    yeah you could have core habits then just add your own extras. ive already found that some of the habits are becoming part of my routine, its definitely helped a lot so far
