I work 9-5 at Gym and Fitness and run my own business on weekends for events. Steve the Bartender Love running my own business, pity people only want to entertain on Saturdays though otherwise I would do it full-time!

    Power Racks

I use good form until I can't do anymore then kip a lil ;) That is still 55kg for the cables which is adequate for a beginner. If you have been training previously or go to the gym and plan to stick with it for 1+ year then definitely worth the extra for the F-PC otherwise you will be wanting...

We've got a shop in Melbourne - will get in touch with Aaron tomorrow when I'm in the office to see if he has them in stock and you can smash out a few reps to test em out?

    Force USA Power Rack

Yes, it does come with the knee bar (from GAF). Those dimensions are incorrect as it is the new model which is narrower. I'll get the dimensions for you tomorrow when I'm in the office (and get them to update the listing).

    Fat gripz any one?

Agree, good review. Where you located mcFly? Might be able to test them out. They would be good for dips, depending on your dip handles shape and size. Fits most bars, etc. though.

    Fat gripz any one?

It limits the weight because it makes it harder - I like em :) not for every workout and every exercise but good to work it into a program.

    Fat gripz any one?

I'm a fan of Fatgripz...I've used them about 3-4 times in the past month. Can definitely feel it working your forearm. They claim that you are only as strong as your weakest link, so if you have weak grip strength then you won't be able to deadlift as much (as an example).

    Power Racks

Force USA have rectified this with the newer model F-PC which is around 70-80mm narrower. I weigh over 110kg and it's very sturdy even with kipping.

Rubber Flooring I can pick up in Brisbane

No doubt Clark Rubber will stock good flooring but make sure your flooring is non-toxic, shock absorbing and anti-slip tested (bevelled edges is good too). It is very important that your flooring is slip tested and meets Australian standards if you are using it in a commercial gym, otherwise...

Flimsy? The F-CPR (Force USA Commercial Rack) weighs 221kg! I believe we have the new model in PerthMac which is narrower.

    Force USA Power Rack

Depends on how you have it set up so sounds like it isn't a worry at all - dual entry meaning that there is a gap in the side...like so...
