I broke my big toe 2 years ago and all sorts of things have cropped up since. Guard your (important?) bones with your life! :p

Lifting 5 months, need routine advice. Thanks

My comments on that Grunta are: - swap weighted pulllups for pulldowns - RDLs for hammies - the volume on biceps compared to triceps (should be the reverse of what it is) - flat bench before incline - no dips for chest

    Bar-bell bench press

I just make sure the forearms stay vertical and elbows aren't flaring out too far. While flaring out might be better for chest 'gains', I like my shoulders nice and protected. I prefer 5% interest over 40 years, not 10% for 2-3 years.

    Pizza

I worked at eagle boys pizza for 7 years in high school and Uni.. Easily the best non-fancypants pizza place. However, that was that particular shop and we were known to make ourselves what we called 'cakes' haha :p you would be surprised, there comes a point where there is just too much...

    Quality Bodybuilding Gym Brisbane

Lifestyle is the exact one that I was going to suggest. I noticed a few people from World's at Lifestyle when I worked out there for a week last Christmas. Heaps of good stuff. V-shape dip bars, nautilus equipment, plenty of preacher curl benches, the works. Industrial size fans and windows...

What are you using now, if any?

BN-4-lyf I used to love DY's Tempro (I think that was the name), but I like pure supps now. Haven't really had a migraine since I dropped them.

    Mind-Muscle Connection?

Joey Swoll & Brittany Coutu of Team SHREDZ Train Chest - YouTube Starts exactly at 3.42. Fair enough if you're shoulders feel fine. I haven't tried it out yet, but I saw this vid the other day and thought it might be a nice variation (assuming the shoulders don't mind it).

    Mind-Muscle Connection?

I saw someone performing these on youtube the other day, do you find any issues with your shoulders? I feel like I would be overreaching and comprising the shoulder joint (which I don't like the idea of when I'm leaning against that side of my body).

    Mind-Muscle Connection?

Cable flyes (performed as a hybrid press)? I remember reading that Gironda's beginner's program had them doing decline cable flyes (kind of like a hug I recall). As for mind muscle connection, I find exercises where I can feel the muscle working to be the most beneficial. If I don't 'feel' the...

    Home gym needed.

That thing looks good - if I was in the market for a home gym (and lived in Sydney), I'd consider it.. although I'd probably want some kind of rubber grip on the bar.

What is the perfect diet for looking great all year round?

Personally.. it's bulk, bulk, bulk until I'm big enough to be a size that when I cut down I will still be much bigger than when I started. When I get to that 'big enough' size, hold it for a few months. Then commence dieting down. Once I hit the target goal, just IIFYM to maintain. There is...

Ausbb Novice Workouts First 2 months

I would say All Pro's beginner's routine - but don't stop after 2 months. A Simple Beginner's Routine - Bodybuilding.com Forums It's the same as one of the beginner programs on here, but with heavy, medium, light days and rep progression and calf raises. If I was starting again I would do it.
