    Who here front squats?

    I will try the 2 finger technique (:D) and if not, have a look around for those links? I admit I didn't read through the first few pages of the thread.

    What gym equipment do you wish your gym had?

    Add these to my list too. My old fitness first had 2 tricep dip machines (one cable and one free weight) and the back pullover machine (free weight from memory).

    I can't increase the weight high enough with my arms crossed (start sweating and they slide) and can't do the clean grip. So I've dropped them for now :<

    The issue I have with all of these full body workouts is that they don't take account of the vicissitudes of life.. I can always make it 3 or 4 times to gym, but not necessarily evenly spaced out (i.e. with rest days). I find an upper/lower split much better because if need be you can just go 4...

    I think the upshot is that if your biceps aren't facing directly up while under tension, you won't get the full benefit. Maybe I'll just take into account that I should just do 1 or 2 intense sets of what 10-12? (of barbell curls)

    How much rest is needed or you are needing ?

    I don't really have time to 'rest' at the gym. I tend to just superset everything and just rest while I'm working the antagonistic muscle (or unrelated muscle). If I'm not too short on time, I won't superset, but I will keep my rest periods short.

    Nothing major, but it would be nice to have: - dedicated seated cable row (when they renovated they got rid of their old cybex equipment) - seated calf raise (plates) - one of those apparatuses for hyperextensions (Fitness First by the way)

    I find that it's all in the location of the elbows (which depends on the width).

    I've noticed that if I don't actively rotate my shoulders back and down so they are locked in, it crunches on lat raises.

    Help with overhead press

    I find that, generally, my performance on the 3rd set will drop. So often you hit 10-12 on the first set or two, but the third just tapers off. I've started taking account of it lately and I will just reduce the weight by 2.5kg per side, for example, so that the reps don't decrease too far.
