    What is your favourite/most productive way to train?

    I do upper/ lower 2 or 3 times a week. I've done body splits but waiting a week to hit the same body part seems too long in my opinion.

    I personally think dips are under rated when it comes to chest. I've introduced it in my program recently due to what others on here have been saying and my bench has definitely increased since.

    Today I ditched the pull up assisted machine and discovered that I could do 3 sets of 4 reps unassisted. Pretty happy with that. Now I'm gonna work on increasing the reps. Thanks for the help guys.
