    The old cliche of putting ur mind in the muscle. When I do it, I can really feel it but the challenge is doing it for the entire session rather than just try to haul big weights.

    at least he took it off your tree, at the gym I go to, you can't turn ur back even during the rest between sets or else they'll take it off the bar. That means you can't even superset during the busy period or else you'll be looking for your weights again.

    Nobody and you know what, I've adopted the same attitude. Sick of re racking the weights and bars and so on when nobody else does. If you can't beat em, join em.

    Dips...Parallel bar or V neck bar?

    Neither, I used to do them fine, then I introduced decline dumbell press and now my shoulder has been rooted ever since. Every time I do dips I get a sharp pain in my right shoulder. I can handle flat bench and incline, but too painful for dips.

    Also the nutrition depends on your daily movement doesn't it? For example I took a week off training recently but kept my food the same. In that week, the amount of physical work I did for my job, i.e digging and pulling cables and so on, I lost a bit of weight so you would have to compensate...

    A guy hogging a machine and what makes it worse, between sets he would go to the other side of the gym to have a chat, even takes his phone to show his mate a video or some crap. So freaken annoying.

    The gym is the only thing keeping me sane. Helps tremendously with stress relief especially in my current circumstances.

    Managed to take an extra day off training, felt my body needed it. Was very reluctant but as my gym is outside, the weather in Sydney helped make the decision easy. It was very cold.
