    Do you own or use a small Gym?

    Sound great but I made my own small unit in my backyard and I don't think lots of people can be invited out there. Its pretty messy and need little cleanup but yeah, its good initiative but ausbb, I can think over it. :rolleyes:

    What are you or what did you train today?

    It was my shoulder day and I did pretty impressive shaping it big. Here is what I exactly I did today. 1. Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 sets, 6,6,8,10 reps (2 minutes rest) 2. Upright Barbell Row 3 sets, 8,8,10 reps (2 minutes rest) 3. Seated Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise 3 sets, 8,10,12 reps (1...

    Chest pain, not muscular

    As you said, you are having more pain while twisting your neck, make me more confident about nerve damage. There won't be any swelling, better you should consult your physician.
