    Thanks Poopoohead, but I won my battle with the bulge about 5 years ago now. Lost 25kg, which is a lot when you are a midget like me. I still get people asking how I did it. They are all very disappointed to hear it is about diet and exercise and that I still train at least 6 times a week!
