    it's an extra 200 dollars.. If I was going to spend that money i'd get the ironmaster. Really don't have that kind of money at the moment. If i were to, what would be the cheapest place to get it from? Is 27cm width on the pad too narrow or should I be looking for something wider?

    benzyl peroxide. 2.5% (anything higher dries my skin) put on in the morning, wash face with cetaphil before hand. i usually wash my face with water again around 2-3 pm apply before bed too. only thing that saves my face turning into a pizza

    well here is what i have programmed myself for the next 12 weeks. starting off a bit light on each exercise but it should put 10-15kg on my lifts hopefully. going off daves advice. Thoughts? bad?
