    It will but same with the program at the start of this thread. SS is great because there are only 3 exercises to start the program in each session. So it should keep him going for a while

    What an awesome book for anyone interested in lifting. Easily the best program I have seen and gives you more knowledge than would be expected. Just some questions. Anyone else followed the progam including drinking all that milk 1 gallon is over 3 litres.

    I'm using a similar program to the first posted. I however do different rep ranges which enables me to really push the weight up and ensures of no injury.     To the Bodybuilders out there

    Train at Fitness Zone in Gosford. Just started on a 4 day split. So i'm there after work between 4.30 and 5.30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. What about yourself?
