    Legs. Squat, Ronanian Deads, lunges, hanging leg curls(these are awesome) and calf raises. Beautiful training outside but undercover with the rain in the background. 5:30am is awesome

    Max-OT for Dummies

    I'm doing an upper lower split 4 days a week now. But Max Ot has given me the best results of any program to date. However I think I'm better off with the upper lower split now.

    How do you test your overall strength? Deadlift imo is the only way to do this. But as for training, can you improve your deadlift max by not doing a conventional deadlift, if so deadlifting is unnecessary unless testing strength. Once again imo to improve your deadlift you must deadlift. But...

    If I could go back 20 years I would have told myself to concentrate on squat, bench, dreads, press, bent row, chins etc. and to ensure I stuck with a routine for a long period of time. Preferably 20 years
