    Having the same issues. I think splitting the program makes the most sense. Deadlift once a week, squat twice a week if doing a full body workout. Makes sense

    I did sets on the treadmill 1 minute fast run 1 minute slow jog and ex bike 1.30 steady pace 30 seconds flat out. All done for 20 mintes. Best is hill sprints, jog back down, sit ups then sprint again. Find the biggest hill possible

    Squating on uneven surface

    What are the risks? The gym space I have is not level. Slopes towards the left. Slightly but enough to see with the naked eye when my bar is stting on the rack. Have only just noticed. Is it dangerous or could it do some damage to my knees?
