    My advice to you. Have a go at Fadi's workout. Stick with it for 6 months. Its great and you really see some progress. Do it twice a week Monday/Thursday. Thats what happened to me half the time because of work and all the rest time helped me lift bigger each time. Or try this its even...

    Eventually I will be buying a new bench. Preferably an olympic one. I was wondering though how much weight my current bench would handle? Its a Dynafit bench, its pretty ordinary and over 15 years old. Whats the worst that could happen if I am lifting too much?:p
