    How did yo find out you needed treatment? I have the same problems and have always wondered if increased testosterone would help me function better as i'm always tired, depressed and do find it hard to lift most days. Maybe i'm also just a pussy:p

    It will but same with the program at the start of this thread. SS is great because there are only 3 exercises to start the program in each session. So it should keep him going for a while
