    You should only do squats and dead lifts in the Smith machine, its dangerous with free weights serz use the Smith

    Op im so chicken I hadn't had n e 4 3 months. Just beef dalmon n tuna n eggs. Quinoa rice n sweet potatoes for carbs. I eat pretty clean coz I don't eat processed food coz im allergic to gluten. And I won't pay top dollar for specialty gluten free food. I eat basics

    I looked and judged myself honestly. My conclusion wss that I needed to bring a few parts up that I couldn't while cutting. So ill continue bulking till spring.

    No shit the only thing that makes it feel good is trap bar d/ls. If I go in the gym with a sore ass back and do tpdls it fixes it for a few days. I been doing them twice a week for a while and it's like my physiotherapy. I sometimes throw on 15 kg plates so I can go real deep. Squats are out...
