    That makes me curious Oni, I've never tried a OH squat in my life and I know they are hard, but I'm sure I can do one with the bar. I'm pretty sure I should be able to get one with 40kg. This will be a fun experiment.

    I would say unless you're trying to get below 10% BF it does not matter. Put it where it interferes the least with your weight training and/or is most convenient.

    No it does not matter how they split up your body, because the total BF percentage is NOT calculated by adding the BF percentages up and dividing them. They would take the mass of each body part into account when calculating it.
