I think it's different. The bench press and the squat start from the top and are lowered first, while the deadlift starts from the bottom and is lifted before it is lowered.

Oh well, still just 10km or 15 minutes from my home.
But the casual visit price is a bit steep for me, compared to places like SSS, where it's $10 for students.

It was meant as a joke, hence the :P. I know it's impractical. However, as good as the place is, I wouldn't travel to a gym that's far away on a regular basis, only occasionally.

You will have "little ... muscle size increase" when resting 5+ minutes? Come on... so if you are increasing your weight and your Squat/Bench/Deadlift weights over a few months, your muscle size will not increase much?
