    Cut or Continue bulking??

I'd say this isn't a question that other people should be answering for you. Do you feel like you are getting too fat? Then cut. Do you feel that you are not yet too fat? Then bulk. Other people's answer will tell you what they would do, if your body was their body. But it isn't and you should...

    n00bs hCG diet...

Any reason you won't be doing some low volume heavy lifting a couple of times a week? I think that would help with the muscle loss. I know your calories are really low and you wouldn't want to do anything, but still, I think it would be a good idea. I'm still not quite sure what exactly hCG...

    n00bs hCG diet...

n00bs stop fkn ignoring me. What does the anecdotal evidence say? Did other people at your level of strength have success with eating 500cals a day of mostly protein + hCG and a few other supplements? As in did they have low strength/muscle loss? If so, can you show me the anecdotal evidence...

What. The. Fck. What would Pete say if he hard about this? Lol. You better make sure every calorie of that 500 comes from protein.

    carb cycling questions

I don't really have much to comment on your 1 or 2, but I just wanted to say, that the most important thing for you, if you want to do a "clean bulk" would be to gain weight very slowly. Given that you are past the beginner stage, I would be aiming for 0.5-1kg of weight gain per month. Good luck.

    rmr tested

Your RMR is NOT your maintenance calories. RMR is your resting metabolic rate, that is how many calories you would burn if you rested all day. Your maintenance is definitely higher than this, probably at least 2500. 2000 calories would probably be a good amount for you. Even though you say...

    What is YOUR breakfast!

Currently while cutting: 2 scrambled eggs 60g oats + 300mL 2% fat milk can of tuna and some mixed spinach salad leaves While bulking: 4 scrambled eggs 120g oats + 600mL 2% fat milk.

Help with my achilles heel (damned diet!)

Fair enough, are you looking to gain weight at the moment? I still think 1.5g/pound of protein will be excessive for you. Too much won't really have any negative effects on you, but you're having trouble getting all that protein in as it is. So I would drop your protein to 250g, and fill up the...

Gaining too much weight. Need Help.

    1. Well if you want to lose 10kg, obviously you need to eat less, but I would try to keep the protein high and remove most of the calories from carbs and fat. Whether you lose strength or not will depend on how you go about it, but don't expect to be gaining much strength. Chucking out your...

Help with my achilles heel (damned diet!)

How much do you weigh? Maybe overkill on the protein. Is there any reason that you are trying to keep carbs down to 274g?

Crazy Idea. plus, some bonus rambling! aaahhh

CalorieKing.com.au - Food Data. Nutrition information about your favourite food. fat, fibre, protein and more Yeah looking at that, whole milk is about 3.5% protein. That's 14g per 400mL. However, 20% of it's calories come from protein. That might be where the previous poster's confusion came...

    My Myth Diet

But if you eat a similarily sized breakfast, then wouldn't you be eating more than they are in total over the course of the day? Since you are eating multiple times? In which case your breakfast would be even bigger in a 2 meals a day plan. Also, if you want to try something like this out, give...

    Biggest Nutrition Myths

I really don't think getting to 13-14% is something that hard that deserves a thread. Maybe if I got down to 10% that would be impressive. Other people found it interesting, get over it.

    My Myth Diet

When do you train? I know your diet is inspired by Martin's IF, but I don't think that's exactly how he lays out his IF plan. Regardless, that looks fine to me. Good food, plenty of protein and it's working for you. And you don't have to worry about food during the day at all. Excellent. I...
