    Suggestions/Advice for protein please

    Protein powder should be used as a supplement to a good diet. I wouldn't describe it as a meal 'replacement' tool, but i suppose you can get away with this at times. As above, make sure you are getting your macros as necessary and use protein powder as a supplement to achieve this.

    pecs, too many pushups as a kid (which as i've recently found out don't particularly do much for size, but i suppose if you do enough pushups you will still make progression) i'm pretty imbalanced ha

    Not necessarily.. A lot of people have long workouts because they are working pretty hard and need a lot of rest between sets..

    what is the point of this program when you could just do a beginner's strength program like the PTC one, or SS, or SL etc.
