    Savatinov was doing 220kg push press but only doing a few reps with 170 on log. I'd love to see Z on a barbell.

    My grip always strengthens with heavy farmers walk and axle work/rolling thunder. Never had luck with grippers for improving barbell grip strength.

    Yeah their test would be quite high anyway holding onto 150kg to 200kg bodyweight depending on competitor. Estrogen could be taken care of if it does get high. I'm sure their docs or themselves would be onto it.

    How do you brew? Kits? Partials? All grain? I used to brew too, and kegged for a while. I've been missing a good ale or stout lately. Still got a bunch of bottles under the house I should crack open.

    House of the Dead by Dostoyevsky (hard copy) - my third book by him. A somewhat jazzed up account of his time in a Siberian prison around the mid 1800s.     Working around a broken finger

    If you have access to a safety squat bar you can get into all sorts of good mornings which will help maintain your squat and deadlift. Upper body - not sure. You can do one arm work which apparently has carry over to your other side.

    Over under grip?

    Hook grip checking in. You get used to the pain, although I think I've only gone up to 230kg using hook on rack pulls. I can't imagine the pain of a 400kg+ DL like Misha. I've never taped up for hooking, but I usually only use it once a week.
