    may have to pull out of this on saturday.. im just not right still from the exurtion headache.. pulled OK this morning without getting a head ache but getting noticeable blood rushes to the head and seem to have lost 10-15% strength.. hmm might see how I feel warming up sat morning.

    I have the izer camo red and camo blue and the camo red s PHAT... easily my favourite lifting shirt I own along with my shut up and squat shirt.. Yhe im easy but I like black also but the red inzer camp shirt is sweeeet.

    Exertion Headaches

    so I had a cat scan wednesday.. all good.. still got a head ache thursday when i TRIED to go heavy.. Saw a chiro today and he pushed a few things straightened my spine. Ill try work up to 75-80% tomorrow and monday then have a 95% effort on wednesday and hopefully it doesnt come back.

    kanga bangas, cabbage, beans, brocoli, onion, garlic... all stir fired together chuck in some coconut oil and some coconut dessocate and a table spoon of chilli and mmmmmmmmmmm sooo good.

    yep thanks for the advice dancer.. I have been told massage may help so ill be going to a physio ASAP to get a deep tissue massage around these areas. As I cant afford to have more then a week off otherwise it will stuff my program for pro raw.

    went and saw a doc yesterday arvo... blood pressure is fine... im getting a Cat scan today as I still have issues ... F**ck this is BullS***T the body is in perfect condition and now somthing stupid like this is going to stop me training.

    yeah I think you may be right silver back cause when I usually do UDL at home im not going quite as frantic and I dont throw my head and shuolders around as much as when racing against the clock like on saturday.. I also was holding br breath for a number of reps and tesing which I dont...

    yeah I probably had one 6 months ago... the thing is 40 + reps on UDL is not somthing new to me. I do that sort of thing week in week out with no problems and my cardio sessions usually see me in pretty bad shape ie dizzy , near passing out so i should be use to it.. the only thing I can put it...
