    I wouldnt buy all those light ones.... I personally just use my 64, 48, 32 and 20s..... depending on what strength level ur at you wont get much use out of those light ones IMO.

    yeah mate I agree and also dont mind a bit of dextrose pre/post workout for a bit of a spike... my main point was with nutrition there no right or wrong way and alot depends on how people react to certain methos. many things work its just up to the person which way they go about it.

    Mate glycogen is your primary energy source but not the only.... I live in ketosis 90% of the year and would happily argue the fact ketones is just as effective source of energy as glycogen... There is always more then one way......I rarely eat carbs yet eat 7 meals a day of...

    Post up what you are eating

    ive had 28 meals straight now of 185 grams of tuna with 200 gram of mixed brocoli, peas, beans , sugar snap peas..... its working a treat... already noticeably leaner.

    at the end of the day IMO these kids shold not be on tv.. it shouldnt have even been made public.. The little rat kid who is the bully doesnt deserve everyone in the world hating him. Sure he may have bullied casey but that doest mean his whole life shoudl be F**ed up and receiving threats etc...

    Yeh I know Andrew and some of the guys over there... I lifted with PA for 2 years before moving to capo... QLD will have a new stregth based gym shortly which I am very very very excited about lifting there.

    double sessions and recovery?

    I trained double sessions heavy weights/ complexex HIIT 6 times a week for 6 months..... one session morning one session night.. when i was doing this I was physically at my best ever strong/fit/ conditioned. Its not about the trining its about eating and recovery... if you can get 8 hours...

    I can see both sides of the coin here however I think form is important because whist it may not catch you out at the beginning it will as you get stronger. Ive had my fair share of injuries ad never really cared about form util last year and I put my injuries down to both form and my gun ho...

    Strongman training last night

    I havent done any events but I train strong man at home with big logs, sled pulls, car pushes, pulls, stones etc I train for powerlifting predominantly but I consider myself a all round athlete as apposed to just powerlifter or strongman.
