    the squat is possible nick.. The week I squatted 190 raw I also squatted 210 with wraps... so if max can squat 180 raw then theres no reason why he cant get 200. The deadlift will be a little harder but good luck to him I hope he gets it.

    count me in mike.... I hit 235 a week after PPP with a belt . but can probably pul about 230 right now... I wanna hit 240 within the next 4-5 weeks.

    was starving today for lunch so i just had 2x185gram tins moro tuna in olive oil 200 grams brown rice 1 cup of mixed olives, sundried tomatoes and fetta mix it all together and yummmmo.

    Cutting, what sort of Calorie intake should I be looking at?

    if your 3500 calories was bulking then 2500-3000 cals shuold be enough of a drop to see you lose weight just do a bit of trial and error and see what works for you.... dont reduce the food intake when cuttign if your a powerlifter just reduce the fat intake tht is what i do.. ie chnage up some...
