    I could squat 1.5 my weight 20 times if doing only the top half of a squat was counted as a squat. On the question of supps, Protein powder and creatine are the only ones I'd bother taking.

    Arms for Women

    I would guess that arms are the most irrivelant body part from a guys perspective, toned, athletic, girl next door are all ok. I've never heard a guy knocking a girl back because of her arms.

    Pump your guns

    I use to get this too when I was doing full body workouts. To get rid of it I added in some wrist excercises and gave my biceps a rest for a couple weeks. Also preacher curls I found hurt my forearms much less.

    Body fat percentage

    As previously mentioned get a Dexa Scan, its the only reliable way to measure BF%. Also if you plan to compete I think getting one now will enable you to better track your progress. There is plenty enought time to get comp ready by October, but you will have to be committed.
