    rubbish study they should have done something other than lower body as i'm pretty sure that the 1 v 3 sets for lower body has already been won by 3 sets in just about every study done. Also at 30% how many reps are you going to have to do to get to failure, you wil be in the gym all day.

    Probably should say that when I said inserts I meant orthotics that I got from a podiatrist.

    Yeah in my running days I would get shin splints as well which was basically from running on my heals. So I bought some inserts and had a few weeks rest and I never had them again. Also make sure you put them in your footy boots too.

    I like your new adjustment imo people are too concerned with how much they can lift, I have been doing some higher rep stuff lately as well but what I do is pump out as many reps as I can, then how many reps I have left to reach 100 is how many seconds rest I take till I reach 100.
