    Diet?????????

That diet sounds like torture. If your looking at tweaking this I would say add eggs for breakfast, replace baked beans with chicken, don't worry about the rice crackers, and eat a cup of green veggies or salad at every meal except breakfast. Your carbs are too high I reckon. Also wait 45...

Would you take in a refugee family for $300pw?

I actually think it is a great idea, if I had my own house and a spare room I wouldn't think twice about it. Anyone who thinks it is a bad idea is either a) stupid b) ignorant or c) racist. I can see that it would be beneficial to any pensioner who had a house but very little income or anyone...

    Advice

First of all congrats on loosing the weight, TBH i can't see alot wrong with your program. I'd start at 8 reps and go to 12 then increase weight. Also make sure you can complete all reps with perfect form before you add extra weight. Sounds basic I know but 95% of all people i see at the gym...

    Rest/Recovery Days

This question sounds like a trap but I do 5 days a week with 3 on 1 off followed by 2 on 1 off. Of course it all depends the individual blah blah blah.

Mate, that is an awesome attitude right there. If you live by that mantra you will be fine. I read this quote the other day which highlights how your thoughts become your destiny, which I think is relevant here. “Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Watch your words, for they become...

    Protein In you Breakfast.

Meh 6 meals is better than 3, I understand that the evidence is says that one is not better then the other and it really comes down to what works for the individual, but I just don't know a single body builder that doesn't eat 6 meals a day. If that makes me a bro scientist than so be it. As I'd...

    Protein In you Breakfast.

I feel the same way (no carbs = no energy) the secret i found is getting them in only when you really need them. For me i am most tired in the morning, mid afternoon and after my workout, so i have Oats for breakfast, rice mid afternoon and carb supplement after working out.

    Protein In you Breakfast.

Ok I'll bite The main benefit is that 80% of people consuming 3 meals also eat snacks regularly between meals. Stuff such a lollies, chocolates and chips. Even after dinner people on 3 meals are more likely to have ice cream or cake or something rubbish like that. If you were taking in 6 meals...

    Protein In you Breakfast.

Its ok I take pride in preaching bro science rather than be part of the anti bro scence retards who scream bro science from the roof tops all over these forums just because they have read a few threads that other people haven't read. Obviously a calorie deficit is also important for loosing...

    Overcoming Eating Disorders

CCM judging by boxings response above it would appear i have somewhat of an idea, clearly this is a topic close to your heart and i can see that your just trying to help and i can see why you would suggest seeing a doctor, but I believe that should be the last resort because more than likely...

    Overcoming Eating Disorders

If he was going to see a doctor he would have done so instead of posting on here and asking to meet up with people, so still rubbish advice IMO. Most males would never see a doctor about anything related to mental health. Family and friends will provide the best advice and comfort as they know...
