    Well if it's a nothing weight I give them the peoples eyebrow, if is is the same or more than I lift its the nod and smile clealy showing my admiration.

    when is it ok to grunt?

    I always make sure to wear grunt canceling headphones so I don't have to listen to the juice heads grunt and carry on like they do. Worse still is when those meatheads count very loudly like if they didn't say the number loud enough they would forget which number comes next.

    Yeah I could train everyday too when i was your age. Junior rugby is not as tough or as fast senior footy though also having a full time job is alot more hours than school, so you can't rest nearly as much.
