    PTC, my brain has already jumped on and started chattering away on that path... My bench is alright, i don't know why, all i do is slap my abs and say out loud "brace up, chest up". As you mentioned tho, the pause could present me with some new issues. I am yet to try a single rep max...trainer...

    Noobs are you talking to me, or all the stress heads here? I already had plasma catecholamines, which came back with an elevated noradrenaline level. Then I had plasma metanephrines which came back all normal. Vit D levels on low end of normal range.

    First attempt at front squats today...with just the weight of the bar, I couldn't keep it from rolling forward. Tried a few variations on grip and where i was looking until my trainer said no 'that looks like shit' and we went back to the back.

    I never knew what it was to be depressed and anxious until mid last year when after increasing stresses, an all year slide in my physical condition and relationship with my initial trainer, I got fired by him and found myself back at 40kg, June-Nov a blur of stress and tears, endless endless...

    Great work girls...I love benchn. Sussy was close, surely she will have that 57.5kg in no time. I'm chasing down 62.5kg next but not for a few weeks, gotta play with higher reps in the 55-60kg range for a while so I don't get ahead of myself...as I do.
