    no problem...haha. i too struggle to find chicken appealing every day...i buy it marinated, crumbed, i add sauces, i vary between cuts of meat..i'm not worrying about it being too lean tho. Beter still, ditch the chicken and have lamb cutlets, baked, drizzled in balsalmic vinegar and raw sugar...

    haha, i use most reflective surfaces, mirrors, windows..not so much the full pose but more just gazing at my curves growing and shape changing. At the gym, i'm even worse, thats when i am most likely to do it, between every set. I actually have a favorite mirror, my legs look great in it doing...
