Test undecanoate before jail (Experienced user, interesting insight)

Prisons are full of dumb arses, they are not in there because they are smart and here we have another one. How about not doing more illegal shit and just train and get your life sorted. Or you could just do the world a favour OD and be done with it.

What are you guys doing for your grip strength?

Haha time for some grip training, I keep my grippers in the car and use them when I drive to work every now and then, I lose the no1 CoC gripper for 10 reps on each hand. I have the T, 1, 2, 3, I have closed the 2, never the three yet seems to tear your hands up.

    General food related banter

Do you have any reasoning for doing the above?? I can see a good reason for avoiding sugar, but why avoid fat? Fat is essential for healthy immune function, cell growth, brain development and health, memory, testosterone production, hormone production, maintaining good state of mental health...

    Why Run??

Do you actually stay drier running than walking though?? I remember seeing a myth busters about it, can't remember what the outcome was.

    Stacking BCAA's with peptides

Liver provides essential micro nutrients and vitamins, nothing to do with BCAA's. The information is out there if you ever decide to pull your head out of your arse and actually decide to educate yourself on the basics. Professional body builders were using liver well before you were even an...

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

It's meat. It's raised locally not flown in from overseas, trust me I can look out my window and I see them. Humans living in different regions have eaten different animals, humans living in Siberia eat different animals to those living in India and those living in the amazon jungle or on...

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

That would be part of it, but what about the quality of food being appropriate for that animal, people these days feed dogs kibble based on soy and grains, can you see that as a problem?? People these days eat a lot of food that has zero nutritional value yet provides empty calories with no...

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

Trust me I have known the bloke for 35 years, we were training partners for 5 years, I know what he does in his spare time (plays video games) I know what he does for work (sits in an office all day), he has never done any cardio, does not walk anywhere, does no outdoor activities unless in...

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

I personally think a species appropriate diet is a start, not that my mate in the above example follows one but he just has special hormones/metabolism but still obliterates the calories in vs calories out theory. I mentioned this before, but no animal in nature that follows their natural diet...

    Stacking BCAA's with peptides

No need for BCAA's unless you have been diagnosed with a shortage or you are a vegan. Just eating as standard crappy diet gives you more BCAA's than you will ever need.

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

We went to school together, he was my training partner in the gym when we were 17, he had a 6 pack then and still has a six pack at 49. It has done my head in since I been 17 or 18.

Doctor Explains Why Calories in vs Calories Out is a Fallacy.

So you are saying that every lean person is starving themselves?? It's blatantly obvious that this is incorrect. I have one mate in particular who literally lives of KFC, Red Roster, Pizza and Maccas, and drinks at least 2 cases of beer a week, I am serious that is all he eats breakfast lunch...

    Veganism?

Hobby farmer LMAO, nothing hobby about it. LMAO, how does any of this relate to someone eating grass fed beef, farmers manage their pastures and stock, it's their job it's what they do for a living. You don't have to know the ins and outs of OHMS law, and how electricity is produced and...

    Is Conventional Nutritional Advice Correct??

Let's discuss if the latest version of conventional nutritional advise is correct?? What are peoples thoughts on this? Keep in mind the following: - The food pyramid has changed several times in recent times - The general population seems to be suffering from more (diet related) health...

    Veganism?

You don't throw grass anywhere, grass grows in the paddocks cows eat the grass when you put them in the paddock. Trust me it is that simple, cows roam free and eat the grass, once they run out of grass the farmer moves them to another area of the farm while the previous paddock recovers by...

    Veganism?

Yep, I am surrounded by them, have been for the last 7 years. I buy my beef either directly form the local slaughter house or the farmer that is less than 200 meters from my front door, very rarely get supermarket beef these days. I can see the cows that I eat from my house, and I personally...

    Veganism?

:D:D I recognise your effort in making throwing a few cows into a paddock till they have eaten down the pasture and then moving them into the next paddock complicated and scientific. :D:D However complicated you make it sound, my neighbour who has never finished high school and who literally...
