    Dragonboat racing looks really fun to watch but looks tiring as well. I actually had a chance to be on one team but I refused because I don't think I could sync in with just 2 months in the gym.

    Well I can say that I would want a training partner to have an additional motivation. I'm a competitive guy and if one person trains with me side by side, I think I would always push myself harder to have the edge over my training partner. I think that's the only benefit I could get.

    My usual diet would include eggs on breakfast, roasted chicken on lunch and a tuna sandwich at dinner plus a beer! :D So basically those are my favorite protein sources! :D

    I've been loving Lat Pull-Down lately! :D Just used it for 5 sessions as of now (just started in the gym) and I'm liking how it does with my lats and deltoid. I think it also does something on my biceps depending on the width of grip. Not really an expert.

    How many pull ups can you do?

    Did pullups just after warm up and I was over to pull myself up 11 times. I'm 74 kgs by the way. I think my best record was just last month. I was able to make 16.
