    Place to buy caffeine online?

Has anyone got any suggestions of a good place to buy bulk caffeine pills online? Bulk Nutrients don't seem to have it anymore and no-doz is too expensive.

What is the most common mistake you see people do while working out?

Most gyms aren't there to help people be fit and healthy. They want to make a profit. Just as long as there are enough people coming to make it seem popular... Most commercial gyms would rely on >80% of customers not showing up after the first month. *(any statistics given are likely to have...

What is the most common mistake you see people do while working out?

The non-fitting jeans are a nice pair of raw selvedge Edwins.. In the last month I've torn a pair of Levi jeans in the crotch and a pair of boardshorts across the upper quad.. Lucky the board shorts had the built in mesh jocks. When I bought these clothes I wasn't doing so much squatting...

    Beginners: Why weights?

I got into the lifting mainly as rehab/injury prevention. Apart from that I figure it's a healthy hobby and being stronger than most people is always good. I spend all day sitting in an office, so I often feel like I just need to do "something". They say you're the average of the five people...

What is the most common mistake you see people do while working out?

I had some reasonably skinny jeans that are nowhere near fitting me now :-( They don't even get over my calves, let alone my thighs. I'm disappointed because they are quite good looking jeans and the most expensive pair I've ever bought.

home gym users - how often do you do it?

I just can't be arsed going to the gym. It's too hard to work to a particular routine in a reasonable amount of time. Always gotta wait for equipment, always weirdos in the changerooms. I just prefer to do it at home, whether on my own or with a mate. It's great when I'm on my own, I don't need...

I've gotta admit that this one is pretty full on. Takes me forever to do it all properly because there's so much rest required. I'm certainly sticking to it though, it's working well for me. I understand your goals are probably quite different to mine, with more focus on weight loss, so maybe...

Yeah, looks to be pretty much what I was thinking. Focus on the smaller muscles that recover a bit more quickly so as to not affect the next primary workout. Light weights but high intensity is probably the way to go, work more on my anaerobic fitness and get the blood pumping.

Any ideas on suitable work to do on non-primary workout days? I did my version of this routine yesterday, mate is coming over for weights this arvo and I figure I might as well do something.. Thinking maybe I'll just skip the big compounds, i.e. squat and deadlift. So i'll still do bench, OHP...

Which physique would you choose? - And why.

I'm not sure I'd pick any of them as an ideal... All too extreme. I'd be happy with a physique like some of those on this forum. Something like @Taurus , or like some of the UFC fighters..

bench press inside a power rack

Could just put something underneath the rack or the bench to change the height.. Only problem if you raise the bench is getting your feet on the ground in a comfortable position. As long as it's stable this should be the best option. Get the bars at a height just below your "inflated" chest...

    $1000 beginner budget

I wish I had got Olympic bar and weights to start with. Now I'm still buying standard weights, but the day will come when I'll need to make the switch.

I guess I just mean to fit in with the other targets of 100kg bench, 140kg squat, 180kg deadlift. I suppose it doesn't really matter though, they're not the lifts people care about so much. Sent from my GT-N7105 using Tapatalk

What is the most common mistake you see people do while working out?

Accidentally putting the wrong weight on the bar. Have tricked myself a few times and nearly injured myself because I try to hard because I just think I'm being a pussy. Sent from my GT-N7105 using Tapatalk

What sort of OHP weight would be a good target for this beginner programme? 50kg? 60kg? And for rows? 90kg? Sent from my GT-N7105 using Tapatalk

    Beginners program

I guess I'm lucky in that I've always loved squats and deadlifts. My mate loves benchpress, but it's my most hated lift because it's so easy to fail. That's why my main goal is to get to 100kg benchpress. I could hardly even do a set of 10 pushups 3 months ago. I've also gone from not being...

Would do, but it's my home gym and I need a spotter for some stuff. And he's my brother in law and it helps with motivation... There's another guy who comes around to hit the weights too, but he's such a beginner that I recommended a more high tempo, low weight routine that Fadi had posted here...

I've gotta say my workout partner has real problems controlling the bar with his bench press and incline bench... He also trains to failure for every set, no matter what I say to him. Refuses to do more than 1 warmup set, refuses to squat, deadlift, OHP or bent row (he does upright/standing...
