    Chest and back are my fav. I hate training shoulders because I have weak shoulders and they tire quickly. The fact that they tire quickly means for me that I am only working a small group of muscles (compared to training back or legs)

    I am drinking prob about 2 litres a day thats not including water in shakes or whilst training. I am drinking slightly more now on creatine, not sure if it's due to the creatine or farken hot weather

    Have you had your knee's checked out? I'm having an arthroscopy on my left knee and I was still able to do 3x20 30kg squats on Sunday without pain.

    Cheap healthy foods

    Try adding some flavoured protein. I add choc whey to the oats for breakfast, then atleast its choc flavoured mushed up dough. Also did you cook with water or milk? that makes a difference.

    Caffine Overdose....

    I have heard the energy drink mother can give you a good energy boost. Each can contains 160mg of caffeine, a few of my mates drink 2 at a time and it lifts their energy levels.

    Do you eat Kangaroos ?

    Yes I do. Thanks to hulk I went out and bought some kanga bangas from coles today, $7.49 per kilo so it only cost me $3.55 for 7. They are suprisingly good and as hulk said a protein content of 20%, I will definately be including them in my diet.
