How much water weight can you lose in sauna?

If your forced into a weight class then its not fun. If its not fun, then find a better federation. If I miss a weight class I compete in a heavier one :)

    Recommend me a Multivatimin (cheap)

I think I got them on discount last time :). But I might switch to the brand you recommended. I was interested in the comparison of the contents though :P I noticed the country life seemed to have a bit more of most vitamins...

    Recommend me a Multivatimin (cheap)

    I'm quitting

I did a bit of research but I've found having someone there to comment on what I'm doing wrong a whole lot quicker :) Video's would also work. Not that there is anything wrong with been self-taught.

    I'm quitting

Coaches should not cost thousands. Places like PTC are $20/session and there are people there who will watch your form when asked. Deadlifts are a good excercise, just learn to do them properly. Or video yourself :P

    Wrist pain - advice?

I have a ganglion cyst in one wrist and the only thing that helps is not putting the wrist on an an angle during the lift. Wrist wraps help with this :)

    Doms, is this normal???

It should get better as you adapt. However pushing yourself extremely hard will get DOMS. For example, I normally do squat/deadlift/bench, I did squat only and a lot more reps than normal...normally I'm ok with DOMS but not this time lol :(

    Biggest Nutrition Myths

Interesting set of video's there. I like that one person gained muscle from doing nothing. If only I could do that :) lol The hunger findings were also interesting at the end.

    Diet!!

At that weight level you should probably focus on doing some training and eating healthy. *Then* worry about calorie counting.

    Ptc ppp

Actually I'm doing 2 weeks of PPP each week for now. Just seeing how far I can push it before I fail :) I've done 5 weeks on the squat program so far, the deadlift/bench I've done most of it before.

Time to create a proper strength gym in adelaide.

Really? NCCP.... Yes I know there's a grace period, and I know a more than 1 bank are applying for an extension or going to take the fine if they get caught by auditors :)

Time to create a proper strength gym in adelaide.

The responsible lending (NCCP law?), in Australia is toughening up the credit lending. Credit companies must show proof that they asked whether the person was able to repay the loan/credit before providing it. So it *should* be harder now, although many banks have not completed there...

    ProRaw Training

He'd also have the open men record for CAPO at that weight. But does he really exist? And 220kg raw?

Front Squats + Power Cleans = Knee & Wrist Pain

What kind of knee pain? Is it pain in the muscles around the knee? Sharp pains in the knee?
  16. S

Can front squats replace normal squats?

I personally found that its getting the positioning right so that the bar sits correctly. I used to try to get it right before I cleaned the bar (before I had a rack).

    Missing a Lift

After failing a lift....try again next session/week. If you still fail, then consider what you can do to build upto that lift. Oh, you'll obviously need to determine why you failed, if its a psychological failure its easier to push through than a physical failure...

    PTC version 2.0

I normally squat just on parallel, that squat was deeper than average, I'm pretty sure Sean checked the depth.
