Do you seriously have downs? Anyway, the PPP is easy to read for those of us without any problems like that... There are tables for the weight you are aiming for. You'll need to work out what you can squat / bench / deadlift. Let's say your current 1 rep max on squatting / benching /...

Do you buy or bring lunch to work?

I prefer the search chicken caesar warp (without the sauce). 397 calories and 30g protein, 15g fat, 31g carbs. Not perfect, but its fast food :) Lots of sodium though, I normally go without the sauce because it tastes salty.

Yes that's what I read. I was thinking what if I tried a few sessions without them .... :) But its definitely working as-is so I'll stick with it for now.

Interesting. I've tried with them off but due to the change in muscle groups used the lift starts feeling very uncomfortable off the ground, I might try it again without the shoes but not while lifting heavy :) I don't really have an issue off the ground, its part-way up that is my usual...

PPP = Progressive Poundage Program, a program that Markos sells. Its an 11 week training cycle for going to a new PB. Quite a few people on here have bought it :)

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

Interesting, I assume that melatonin is pharmaceutical grade? Australian manufactured melatonin is around $60 per 100 capsules, it also requires a prescription. 5mg is a fairly heavy dose to start with, I would have started around the 3mg level. Also that looks like an instant release, not a...

    ProRaw......its official

Projector's can be expensive and require a dark room. Unless you have a super projector :P However 24inch monitors can be had for <$200 Would be a little challenging to do but possible...depending on how we're streaming / recording it.

Richmond Physiotherapy Clinic... Move Well. Stay Well. <-- I think I saw price. He helped fix a muscle imbalance in my shoulder...which has come back 6months later but that's not his fault :) I'm working on correcting my technique now.

    Trap bar for deadlifts

Interesting, I find it hits the upper legs more than a conventional deadlift and feels a little more like a cross between a squat and a deadlift :) I think I've gotten upto +35kg on the trap bar above my deadlift at one stage.

    PTC version 2.0

No. I'm usually either doing PPP or 5*5 or similar. I'll do one or the other...and either will usually leave me without much energy for extra sets (and I have other things to do in the session :)). Oh, the wraps did make depth hard. But that may have been because it was the first time I was...

Ah interesting, I thought something was wrong. They actually gave me a 80.8kg first reading which seemed unusually light. The scales at home say 90kg, pretty sure they're wrong :)

I wish I was 175cm. 165cm :( JDizzle's system of PPP sounds pretty good, I'm currently on very optimistic jumps. Deadlift +30kg, bench +20kg, squat +20. I've got +15kg on the deadlift and failed once so far (week 9), bench also failed week 9. Squat I'm on week 10 :) Note that I did do...

Minor correction, twice a week :) I obviously can't do that for too long as doing a 12 week program is 6 weeks is way too fast for development (especially when your doing more than 5kg jumps). I think I successfully did PPP twice per week for about 3 weeks...

Stupid question but when you say "development squad" does that mean your part of a group from which they chose players? Congratulations!

my grip for deadlifts doesnt last the 8 reps

+1 Also I generally avoid high rep deadlifts on anything heavy, I just don't see the benefit. I generally vary between 1 and 5 but will occasionally do higher reps.
