    Shaking.

    I'm curious as to low blood sugar levels relates to shaking. I used to get very bad shaking on heavy deadlifts, I still do occasionally but less often now :)

    Stretching

    When I start in the gym for squatting I have a lot of difficulty getting any depth. I do at least 2 sets on the empty bar and warm up slowly, irrelevant of what weight I'm aiming for. I also do not do static stretching...and I train at PTC :)

    Strength & Conditioning for footballers

    Most of the footballers looked like they were training pretty hard (effort wise), they're still learning basic technique though. I think peer pressure may push him in the right direction after a short period of time :)
