    Haha, why would the quality just automatically degrade? If milk made protein deteriorate then milk wouldn't contain any. Also, why would you ever mix it? Nothing stays fresh, effective and potent forever, but INSTANTLY degrading so much that it can't stay good for 7 hours when refridgerated...

    Has anyone lost a large amount of weight?

    I was 110kgs once (fat). Got down to 74kg (looked near anorexic, but was fat skinny), trained and ate my way upto 101 (about 19 or 20% bf). Now down to 90 (about 13 or 14% bf). Aiming for 85 (10 or less %) for a while. Then will probably go back to 95.

    hulk - I've got a mate with no experience, but this would be awesome to start him off with for motivation and guidance. Would you be open to a noob joining in? I don't know how much hand-holding he'd need, he seems to have an idea, but as i said, no real experience in training.

    I love the PTC newsletter. I try to incorporate and reference markos/ptc as much as possible. His info is awesome and he is completely forward/blunt and won't waiver, very straight-down-the-line.
