    Interesting read.. I personally have gotten more gains and enjoyment from 5/3/1 than I did from 5x5. Doesn't mean I think one is better than the other, just works for me. Does this mean I'm stupid?

    Cool, let us know how you go with them. I'll end up getting from them whatever I can't get from Sticky! All good. Sweet can I just rock up to PTC this arvo and purchase the grippers? not really sure how it works down there.
