    N00B needs advice

Hey PTC, I certainly wasn't picking, just curious if you had changed your view on your beginner program or if it makes no real difference at all in your opinion. You should feel proud to have everyone picking your brain :p

LOL...what did the doctor say? I was given a guesstimate that 1 flat teaspoon is 5g (since I don't have scales yet...). Keeping that in mind, I started on 1 flat teaspoon and it felt like I was melting into the bed and I had dreams that felt longer and more epic than the extended cut of the...

    N00B needs advice

I noticed this also, except I noticed the original program has 3x10 not 2x20. Curious to know the reason behind changing the program PTC. Also, you have 2x15 SLDL compared to 3x8. I thought you weren't a fan of high rep deads?

The Truth on Waxy Maize Starch

n00bs, is your decision to not use WMS based on negative qualities of WMS or superior positive qualitives of the dextrose? I am hoping you just think dextrose is better and there is nothing wrong with WMS...

[Article] Vitamin C, The Most Successful Vitamin for Healing

How much would you suggest? 1 lemon per litre? If you say 1 lemon per cup I don't think I'll be able to drink it and I definitely won't be able to convince the mrs to! :p

    Overweight? Not a problem!

Thank you very much for your time Fadi :) This week I have been working on curing my friends of their laziness...hopefully soon I will have a few friends to throw clay at...or at least play squash with me and take up the 100 burpee challenge!

I assume one doesn't need a fresh lemon for this and can simply buy a bottle of lemon juice? Is there a particular amount of lemon juice per glass that is best? When does the n00bs health book come out? You have another great idea every day :p

    Overweight? Not a problem!

Excellent, thanks Fadi. I was hoping that's what you were talking about because I've been looking into Tabata just recently and it seems a lot of people think you shouldn't be doing anything else that day... If you exercise before you can't workout at you max for your tabata torture and if you...

    Overweight? Not a problem!

Fadi, may I bother you to ask for an explanation on HFT? HIIT I have heard of before, but my quick google search on HFT did not produce a great deal of answers.

How many people do you think take steriods(in Australia)?

I believe technically theatre is for the live performances and a cinema is for motion pictures. So hats off to you PTC for having a real theatre! :P I assume you have a blue ray and a projector with a higher resolution than 1080p projected onto a real screen to justify all this plasma/LCD...

[Article] Vitamin C, The Most Successful Vitamin for Healing

I believe b12 was what the guy at the shop said was the least toxic..or dangerous of the vitamins. So I assume that means if you're hitting the Vit C hard then you can hit B12 hard to compensate? Will have a read of your mega quote after I finish cooking dinner :p

n00bs, apologies if you have posted this already (but i'm too blind to see if it you have!) but what is the maximum amount your body can process within a given timeframe (a day or per serving 3 times a day)? I ask this because while at the health food shop getting some raw honey this arvo I...

    Best test of strength?

LOL, funniest thing I've read all day :p I am more inclined to say the squat over the deadlift. Overhead squat relies on flexibility, wouldn't that rule out a lot of 'strong' people who aren't flexible? An overhead squat is certainly a more impressive feat, I just think too many people might...

[Article] Vitamin C, The Most Successful Vitamin for Healing

Sticky, did you figure that out using 350mg a day or the 1/6th of that amount he suggested for preventative use? 350mg per kg a day was for treating things like the black plague and death. Divide your answer by 6 :p

[Article] Vitamin C, The Most Successful Vitamin for Healing

Excellent, around 55mg per kg of bodyweight spread out over 3 serves. Luckily Vitamin C tablets taste so good!

n00bs...are you saying we should all stop using our microwaves? :( If so then I may need to invest in one of those ultra ovens they have at subway... Also, how much Vit C are you taking per day now? Do you inject it like the good Dr did? :p Keep up the detective work!
