    because i did it slowly its not that bad. muscle has replaced the fat on my arms but i've got afew stretch marks -___- and my stomachs still has a little bit to go but at the moment the excess skin isent a problem stretch marks i've got them in certain places

    sharp stabbing pain in lat

    it started bout 4 days ago after my tricep workout the area of the lat just under my arm pit is the source of the pain whenever my body jumps or i pull my arm back i feel the pain but i dont feel it while working out

    on the left side of my lat just under my armpit i get a sharp pain whenever i move my arm a certain way the pain can last for a second or a minute and it feels like im getting stabbed. i dont know if i tore a muscle or what ?

    i dont know about anyone else ! but my arms are really uneven the bicep and tricep on my left arm are no where as near as defined as my right. and i kinda want my arms to be even so if any one has any advice on evening up my arms or if you've had the same problem i'd aprreicate it if you...

    wow thanks for the info but yer i cut take away and unhealthy things out of my diet and started eatting healthier options witch left me feeling fuller and better with myself.so i should increase the amount i eat a day ? at the moment im gonna buy a whey protein low in fats to take on work out...
