    Totally agree, I did the proper food thing for 8-9 meals a day, while it's hella good, it's expensive, very time consuming and the logistics of getting it to work (Uni) is insane, you end up carrying a mass of tupperware containers everywhere.

    I so Agree, I like your training posts mate. I found Tri's get so 'conditioned' to one exercise, variety with speed made an amazing difference.

    No Personally, I will use a smith in between other exercises to really focus on a muscle group, because of its lack of flexibility. But in no way is it the 'Pinnacle' of my training that group.

    Hey V-Man, if your serious about your training and you are getting particularly bad DOMS, see a physio to work out the pain, it's expensive but it works.
