    I'm 5 minutes minimum between heavy sets also. Sometimes with 2-3 people it takes us a good 45 mins for 1 exercise.

    Dead Lifter Dead Faints

    I've been close before, and it wasn't even on a heavy set. Trying Sumo for the first time with 140kg, got to the fifth rep and realised I was concentrating on my form so much I forgot to breathe lol. Had to kneel down and hold on for dear life for a good minute.
