    Bench 200kg+

    Thats not too far away, triples at 180 will get you close to 1 @ 200. My youngest brother just hit 200 in a slingshot last week. Should have him hitting it raw in 6 - 12 months.

    How long did it take you to get to 1.5xBW squat and 2xBW deadlift?

    The 1.5x bodyweight squat was probably in the first few months, 2x deadlift was a bit longer though due to injury, prob 2 years...2x bw bench, 3 years ;). Hadn't really done any type of training since I was about 21. Although I've always worked very manual handling intensive jobs.

    I was in the same situation as you. No GHR at the gym, wanting to actually be able to do at least 1 lol. What I started doing is using the back extension like the one in the picture, sliding the hip pads as low as they go, start by placing 5 x 20kg plates underneath the back to get the tilt...
