    Dips

    I was woeful at dips only a few months ago but just stuck it out... Basically keep doing them and you will get progress. Probably unrelated but started doing the '7 Weeks to 50 Pull Ups' program and noticed my dips improved as well. Just grind it out man!

    Started doing dips just recently. Finally got to 10 x 3 @ 105bw... Was about to start with weighted but copped an AC Joint injury from footy so on hold for a little while.

    Spreadsheets, record as soon as I get home from the gym. Access the files on my phone while at the gym to follow the program / workout... Mainly because I will forget otherwise :)

If you go the thick cut steaks I would grill on each side for about 3 minutes and then put it in the oven at 180-200 C for about 6-8 minutes.     Welcome to Grip Training

    I have found that chin ups, pull ups, hanging leg raises, deadlifts, more deadlifts, RDLs have all helped my grip strength... Guess it is just a case of keep at it and progression should come along!
