That was closely followed by another dude doing preacher curls and after his set jumping up and pulling a double bicep pose and flexing...

    Aussie Rules, train Tuesday and Thursday and a game on weekends. In season definitely makes it hard with lifting due to niggling injuries and strains etc, but weight training has helped a lot. Give me a cup of concrete for those niggling injuries :)

    What's your diet like ?

    Keeping it pretty simple, 3 meals a day and one shake. 3000cals, 40% carbs, 30% fats, 30% protons! basically eggs, beef, chicken, potatoes (sweet and white), oats, rice, wraps, bananas, berries and various veg to go with all that. Oh and peanut butter!

    supplement decision?

    Read reviews, check out examine.com, try and pick up info from decent youtubers and friends that have tried it! Tried various supps but only on creatine these days and a caffeine hit before the gym.... Maybe the occasional touch of beta alanine just to feel those tingles :)

    I use olive oil for near on everything! Sesame oil for mainly Asian dishes. Have to use butter with eggs!!!
